After you've booked your dream escape, a dedicated member of our concierge team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, book additional hotels, flights and excursions, and provide you with all relevant holiday documentation.
Our preferred cruise line partners prioritise guest satisfaction. Their flexible booking conditions make sure any necessary changes to your cruise are handled efficiently. While we strive to maintain published itineraries, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally necessitate modifications. In such cases, we'll make every effort to inform you as soon as possible and provide alternative options.

If you have a special dietary or medical requirement, please inform your dedicated concierge when booking. These details will be sent to the cruise line on your behalf, on a request basis and not guaranteed, and you may be asked to complete a medical form.
Your cruise tickets, plus any flight, tour and hotel tickets, will be sent to you by your dedicated concierge up to 14 days before departure.
